REM Installations also specializes in commercial and residential ceramic tile & flooring installations. Our level of expertise in various installations of wood, vinyl, carpet, or ceramic tile ranks top in our industry. Eric attended the Armstrong installation school immediately after graduating from high school and has built a crew of excellent installers over the past 17 years.

Design Build and Remodel

Design/Build Commercial & Residential Remodeling

REM specializes in the design/build of residential additions and commercial interior build outs. We provide a turnkey operation from architectural drawings to final occupancy. Since we complete most of the work in house, we take great pride in delivering a quality product at a reasonable rate, and within an aggressive time period.

Pat Mcneill began his career in the construction industry as a painting contractor over 40 years ago.

He later moved into the remodeling portion of the business starting McNeill's Cabinetry, a retail custom design cabinet and flooring company and remodeling business located in downtown Wadsworth, Ohio.

15 years ago his two sons, Ryan and Eric McNeill took over the construction portion of the business and started REM installations and construction services. REM is a design/ build remodeling company specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling, design/build commercial construction build outs, and all types of ceramic and flooring installations.

Over 90% of our work comes through word-of-mouth advertising from our past customers.

We have three policies that we operate our business under:
